A different process, known as “commissioning,” is required. Commissioning focuses on adjusting building settings to meet environmental and user demands. Continuous commissioning provides a circular process of ongoing improvement, aligning the building’s performance with strategic goals.

TPEX offers commissioning services during the operational phase. We define the required strategic goals for the buildings (often aligned with the fund strategy) and create an action plan to achieve these goals. This may involve anything from updating Building Management System (BMS) settings to replacing light fixtures. Through Continuous Commissioning, we monitor the building 24/7 and implement optimal settings on a daily basis.
