Privacy Policy for JARVIS

JARVIS is a building-management solution provided by TPEX International.
Information processed
Depending on the customer’s configuration, JARVIS may process technical and operational building data such as energy consumption, temperature, humidity, air quality, HVAC/BMS information, occupancy measurements, access-control events and system information.
Authentication is provided through Microsoft Entra ID. Limited user and tenant identifiers may be processed where required for authentication and access control.
Purpose of processing
The information is processed only as necessary to provide and operate JARVIS, including building monitoring, performance analysis, operational alerts, reporting and optimisation of energy use and building operations.
Data storage and retention
Data is stored and retained according to the customer’s configuration, instructions and applicable agreement. Data is retained only for as long as required to provide the service or to meet applicable contractual or legal requirements.
Data sharing
JARVIS may use Microsoft services, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID, for infrastructure, hosting, authentication and related technical services.
TPEX does not sell customer or personal data to third parties.
Data protection
TPEX applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data processed through JARVIS, including secure communications, access controls and authentication mechanisms.
Privacy rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data.
Where JARVIS processes personal data on behalf of a customer, privacy requests should normally be directed to that customer as the data controller.
